A nurse has been hired to manage the Meridian Nursing Home in the town of Rutland, according to the Rutland Daily Times.
The nursing home will have a full-time staff and be open for family visitation during the week and a weekend.
The Rutland News Tribune reports the nursing home is in the process of hiring an administrative assistant, but it’s not clear when.
The news comes just weeks after the Redskins’ announcement that they would hire a new nursing home manager and that they planned to open up the nursing homes to the public in the coming months.
The Redskins also hired a former Redhawk football player as a manager at the Redhawk Health Center.
The new nursing homes management structure will allow for more frequent visitation during high-traffic times.
The team also said that the Meridian and Rutland nursing homes will have more than 60 beds for family visits and that there will be a new public health nurse and medical officer working with the teams medical teams.
